A couple of issues of Dead @ 17 could be seen in tonight's episode of Law & Order: SVU. This marks Dead @ 17's second appearance on TV (that I'm aware of), the first being an episode of Beauty and the Geek.

Heard any good rumors lately?

The story is pretty much everywhere, so I'm not going to link to it. But in a recent interview, I was asked about the status of the potential Dead @ 17 film. I was very careful about how I worded my response, but the whole thing has taken on a life of its own. Yes, Lorenzo DiBonaventura and Michael Dougherty are involved, and yes, an actress has been approached, but that's pretty much it for the moment. It's still early, nothing is set in stone. Believe me - I've been down this road a dozen times before. Names have been attached before only to have it all fall apart at the last minute. I'm pretty confident in where things stand at the moment, but we'll see.

I'm still hard at work on commissions, so if you haven't received yours yet don't worry, it won't be much longer. Orders from Dec 18 through the first week in January will begin going in the mail on Monday. Again, I really appreciate everyone's patience!
