Okay, I know some of you have been waiting for the new art/sketch book, which was scheduled to be out this month (June). Yes, I've been running behind on some stuff, most notably Black Harvest #6, but I assure you both books are coming. Black Harvest is done and should be out any week now, and the art book (Mosh Girls & Monsters), which is nearing completion, will be coming shortly afterwards, likely by San Diego Comic Con. So, while I do run late occasionally, you don't have to worry about me pulling a Joe Mad. Those of you waiting on commissions, those are coming soon as well...just hang in there.
Sometimes I'm late because something unexpected came up in my schedule, or because some project required more changes by the editor, or as in the case with Black Harvest, I didn't want to rush it. I'm proud of how it turned out, especially the ending. Some will love it, some will hate it. But this series has been closer to how I originally envisioned it more than anything else I've done so far.
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your patience.
I've been asked by Wizard to contribute to their new bi-weekly Notes From the Underground column at the new and improved WizardUniverse.com. My column will appear once a month, alternating with Mark Smith (Amazing Joy Buzzards). Mark's first column is up now, which will be followed by mine in a couple weeks. Check it out!
